IronVIDEO's ala-carte services include administration via remote control and basic phone support. These services are good for 1 year and is renewable. This service is not onsite.

IronVIDEO 3 Year 8 x 5 NBD Onsite Hardware Parts Replacement Service Contracts

IronVIDEO's 8 x 5 next business day onsite hardware parts replacement service contracts are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST on Monday's through Friday's (Not including holidays). This service is for hardware replacement only.
